All our traybakes are homemade in Churchill in the Cotswolds. Each bake is a one tin wonder with specially selected ingredients from local Matthews Cotswold Flour to delicious Belgian Callebaut Chocolate and seasonal floral decoration inspired by our love of gardening.

Callebaut celebrates its 100 years of chocolate making together with artisan chefs all over the world. For every pack of Finest Belgian chocolate purchased, Callebaut reinvests a part in sustainable cocoa cultivation and community programs in the West African cocoa growing communities.
D A R K ( 5 4 . 5 %) : Callebaut 811 dark chocolate is a popular, well-balanced, chocolate couverture with a subtle vanilla note and a consistent, smooth cocoa flavour.
M I L K (3 3 . 6 % ) : It stands out with its deep, warm colour, prominent roasted cocoa flavours and seductive caramelly notes.
W H I T E ( 2 8 % ) : This chocolate is as Belgian as can be, since it's mainly made with milk from cows grazing on Belgian pastures and sugar from locally grown sugar beets. It has a delightful taste with pronounced milky, creamy, caramelly and vanilla notes that are in perfect balance.

I bake every Monday- Wednesday (unless I am on holiday :-)) ready for all postal bakes to be dispatched for the weekend!
S H I P P I N G
I use Royal Mail First Class for all postal bakes unless specified to post them next day delivery. 1st class takes 1-3 days for the bakes to arrive.
